4" diameter x 3 wing surfacing tool

Application: The SD4 sufacing tool is a precision CNC router tool design for high speed surfacing of spoil boards or bulk removal of material over a large suface area.  An excelant tool for applications requring a smooth floor finish when machining natural wood, particle board and MDF materials.  Insert knife tooling is a cost effective solution when compared to carbide tipped tooling and the high wear four sided solid carbide insert knives are economical and can be used twice before needing replacement.  (Shown installed in a Techniks Ultra-Precsion collect tool holder sold seperatly) 

• Precision machined steel tool body is designed and manufactored in the USA.
• 3 wing design is balanced to 20,000 RPM @ G2.5 specifications.
