Application:  The A500.1000.21MCB is a durable 1/2" diameter tool, featuring a compression chipbreaker finishing tool design, Black Hawk tool coating and a short mortis upshear length.  This tool is an excellent choice for high speed machining fibrous and fiber filled materials from 1/4" to 1" thick in part cut out applications that requires smooth edge finishes.  The shorter .2" upshear length maximizes downward cutting pressure to minimize part movement, allows flexibility to machine 1/4" thick material and can also be used for slot routing operations.
