| Application: The CF2.1251 flat bottom upshear tool is designed to provide the smoothest possible floor finish when performing slot, face and pocket routing applications. This tool features a robust 1/8" diameter x 1/2" (4xD) length of cut, 2 flute 30° high helix upshear geometry and a flat bottom end grind with .040" corner radius. The free cutting upshear design maximizes chip evacuation from the cut zone and the flat bottom corner radius end grind ensures a smooth, line free finish. |
