| Application: The EU500.2000.33 finishing tool is designed part sizing and profile routing operations and is an excellent choice for finish machining high density materials like solid wood, plastics and composites up to 2" thick. It is NOT recommended for part cut out applications when cutting thinner materials or for shallow axial depths of cut in slot, face or pocket routing applications. Echo Series tools with shorter lengths of cut or larger diameters are recommended for these applications. Optional tool coatings and chip breakers are available to further optimize tool performance. |
