Custom Manufactured Insert Knife V-Groove Profile Router Tool:
The customers application requirements were for a 15 degree bevel / chamber tool, with a small minor diameter for use on a high speed CNC router capable of machining up to 1-5/8" thick solid wood and laminated particle board core materials. The result is a durable tool with a fully supported insert knife that will be cost effective over a long service life. Features include:
- Design and manufactured in the USA
- 30 degree include angle / 15 degree per side single wing design
- Precision machined and balanced to 18,000 RPM @ G2.5 specifications
- 5/16" small diameter allows the knife to be fully supported by the tool body
- Double side insert knife that can be rotated and used twice
