Application: The Oscar Series are industrial quality tools, designed to cleanly machine non-ferrous materials in machines with no lubrication (dry) or mist lubrication systems. The near polished flute face, Super Prep edge preparation, ZRN performance coating, multi-facet relief and upshear tool geometry effectively removes material from the cut zone resulting in a smooth edge finish with no material melting. Oscar Series tools are available in cutting edge diameters from 1/8" to 1/2".
