Application:  The A500.1625.23SCB is a compression chipbreaker finishing tool design featuring a durable 1/2" cutting diameter x 1-5/8" (3.25xD) length of cut, Black Hawk tool coating and a medium upshear length.  These features make the A500.1625.23SCB an excellent choice for profile routing fibrous and fiber filled materials up to 1-5/8" thick when smooth top, bottom and side edge finishes are required.  The .4" upshear length improves chip evacuation while still providing downward cutting pressure to minimize or eliminate part movement.  The A500.1625.23SCB can also be used for part cut out operations when utilizing a 25% to 50% chip load reduction.
