Alpha Deluxe Series 1/4" CED x 3/4" LOC x 2 Flt Mortis Compression Chipbreaker

Application:  The AD250.750.21MCB features a compression chipbreaker finishing tool design, Black Hawk tool coating, mortis upshear length and the reduced kerf of a 1/4" diameter tool.  An excellent choice for part cut out and profile routing operations in materials from 1/4" to 3/4" thickness that: 1) require smooth top and bottom edge finishes, 2) require a small corner radius or 3) are being used for grain matching applications.  The short .2" upshear length provides good chip evacuation and allows flexibility to machine 1/4" thick material.  The smaller tool diameter works to maximize part yield and minimize part movement.
