Lima Series 3/8" x 1" x 2 Flt "O" Upshear

Application: The LU375.1000.21 is an excellent choice for part cut out, slot cutting and profile routing a variety of soft to hard plastic and composite materials up to 1" thick.  The multi-facet relief, polished flute face and special upshear tool geometry works to minimize part movement while evacuating material from the work piece.  These features allow for a smooth edge finish at high feed speeds with no material melting. 

• Lima Series tools feature application specific designs, are manufactured in the USA using premium solid carbide material, utilize a precision grinding process and exclusive edge finish making for an exceptional cutting tool.  
• The low helix upshear design provides for excellent chip evacuation which improves edge finishes while reducing heat and part movement.
