Application:  The AD500.1000.21S adds our Black Hawk performance coating to the standard Alpha Series tool further improving overall performance.  A superb choice for sustained high speed router operations that require a more robust 1/2" diameter tool design.  The standard upshear length improves chip evacuation during part cut out and profile routing operations in materials from 1/2" to 1" thick that require a smooth top and bottom edge finish.
