| Application: The CP2.2184 upshear tool is primarily designed for deep slot routing and profile routing applications. It can be used for part cut out applications if chip load reduction is utilized. This tool features a robust 7/32" diameter x 1" (4.6xD) length of cut design, 2 flute 30° high helix upshear geometry and a plunge end grind. The free cutting design maximizes chip evacuation and is an excellent choice for aggressive roughing and finishing operations in a variety of materials. |
