Delta Deluxe 1/8" CED x 1/2" LOC x 1/4" shank x 2 Flt Black Hawk Coated Downshear

Application: The DD125.500.26 adds our Black Hawk performance coating for improved tool performance.  The downshear design ensures a smooth top edge finish and is primarily used for slot and pocket routing operations including dado, grooving, rabbiting, and corner clean out applications.  The DD125.500.26 can also be used for part cut out and profile routing operations when downshear cutting pressure is needed to reduce or eliminate part movement.  Part cut out and profile routing operations will likely chip or blowout the bottom edge of most materials, but this can be minimized when routing on a spoil board.  (Downshear tools should never be used for plunging cutting operations as this can result in a fire.)
