Application: The TU500.1375.32 roughing tool is designed for aggressive, high speed part sizing, part cut out and slot routing operations. This tool is an excellent choice for machining materials up to 1-3/8" thick in roughing applications where the low helix design minimizes the chance of part movement while providing excellent chip evacuation. The 1/2" diameter x 1-3/8" length of cut makes for a very robust tool that can used for part cut out and slot routing applications with axial depths of cut up to 2.75x tool diameter.
