Alpha Deluxe 3/8" x 1" x 2 Flt Mortis Compression Finishing

Application:  The AD375.1000.21M adds our Black Hawk performance coating to the standard Alpha Series tool further improving overall performance.  An excellent choice for high speed part cut out and profile routing applications that require smooth top and bottom edge finishes when machining materials from 1/4" to 1" thick.  The smaller 3/8" tool diameter can increase part yield by allowing for tighter part spacing.  The reduced tool kerf and short upshear length maximize hold down to minimize part movement.
