Application:  The AD500.1625.22M adds our Black Hawk performance coating to the standard Alpha Series tool for exceptional overall performance.  This tool features a longer cut length, mortis upshear length for improved part hold down and a durable 1/2" tool diameter design.  These features make the AD500.1625.22M an excellent choice for profile routing material up to 1-5/8" thick when a smooth top and bottom edge finish is required.  This tool can also be used for slot routing and part cut out operations when utilizing a 50% chip load reduction.
