| Application: The D125.875.27 features a robust 1/8" diameter x 7/8" (7xD) length of cut x 1/4" shank 2 flute 30° high helix downshear design. This design ensures a smooth top edge finish and is specifically designed for profile and corner clean out operation typically used when manufacturing one piece doors. The downshear cutting action eliminates any chipping and fraying to provide a smooth top edge finish. The D125.875.27 is NOT recommended for part cut out, slot or pocket routing applications. (Downshear tools should never be used for plunging cutting operations as this can result in a fire.) |
