Application: The A750.2500.24MCB is a compression chipbreaker finishing tool design featuring a robust 3/4" cutting diameter x 2-1/2" (3.33xD) length of cut, Black Hawk tool coating and a short mortis upshear length.  These features make the A750.2500.24MCB an excellent choice for profile routing fibrous and fiber filled materials up to 2-1/2" thick when smooth top, bottom and side edge finishes are required.  The shorter 1/2" upshear length maximizes downward cutting pressure to minimize or eliminate part movement.  The A750.2500.24MCB can also be used for part cut out operations when utilizing a 25% to 50% chip load reduction.
